It's a real mid roguelike with a promising look that makes you hope for a unique gaming experience, but ultimately just leaves you dissapointed in the overall product. It falls woefully short of the countless better available options, Balatro will come to mind for many, but this falls short of the majority of titles available in the same space. It needs to cook before it's worthy of being on steam for example, but would probably do fine on mobile platforms where most of the games are just slop.

I love it! the art style, sound effects and gameplay are all really pleasant. there are some things I'd change/add, such as more synergies between the balls and just more elaborate build options overall, perhaps give a purpose to achievements... but I'm sure that's going to better explored in the full game. the way I see it, it's an extremely promising game in every way possible, and I wish the devs the best of luck in the continuation of this project! I look forward to playing the full game.

I love the game's rougelike element with endless possibilities each run. As a huge balatro fan, This game is an amazing inspiration from balatro executed as pool. I have played and completed all sets on all modes and the daily leaderboard is very addictive and makes me come back every day for being on leaderboard. The bgm and sound effects are very satisfying too. Thank you devs for the amazing demo, I'm willing to pay good price when it comes out full. Can't wait to have more sets to play with!
