AirCert is the service record and refrigerant compliance app for US HVAC/R contractors.

THE FEDERAL LEAK RULES, WORKED OUT
Most small firms have never worked a leak rate out. AirCert does it every time you log refrigerant:
• the rate, by either method 40 CFR 84.106(b) allows
• the threshold for that kind of equipment: 20% commercial refrigeration, 30% industrial process, 10% comfort cooling
• whether you are over it, and the exact date the repair is due
• the verification test, the inspection cadence, the retrofit plan and the chronic leak report, each with its own deadline
• and the clocks STOP when the rule says they stop: four clean quarters, or a follow-up test that passes
It knows the difference between the AIM Act rule for HFCs at 15 lb and CAA §608 for R-22 at 50 lb, and it will never tell a residential AC technician that a rule applies to them when it does not.
