About this app
iCon keeps you in touch with your buildings. See every sensor live, find it on the floor plan, and act on alarms wherever you are.
AT A GLANCE
• How many sensors are normal, minor, major or offline, across all your sites
• A card for every sensor with its latest reading and when it last reported
• Search every sensor by name
SITES AND FLOOR PLANS
• Your sites, worst first, with their open alarms
• Floor plans showing each sensor where it is installed, with its live value
• Energy used today and this month, against last month, for sites with energy meters
• All your sites on a map
SENSORS AND TRENDS
• Live readings such as temperature, humidity, CO2, power, occupancy, leaks and doors
• Charts for the last 3 hours, 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, with the alarm limits marked
• Battery levels for wireless sensors
• Live watch refreshes a sensor every few seconds, which helps while installing one
ALARMS
• Push notifications when a reading goes out of range
• New, acknowledged and archived alarms, filtered by severity
• Acknowledge alarms with a note, one at a time or several together
• Report an issue straight from an alarm, and it becomes a maintenance ticket
• Notes on sites, sensors and alarms, so your team sees what was done
WHERE YOUR ORGANISATION USES THEM
• Switch equipment on or off with a confirmed command, for authorised roles
• Scan an asset tag or sensor code to see what it is and where it belongs
• Record a service visit with the meter reading
• Open your organisation's dashboards and control screens
• Ask questions about your buildings in plain language
You can also sign in with your face or fingerprint, choose a light or dark theme, and use the app in English, French or Chinese.
iCon works with your organisation's account on the web portal. There is no public sign-up: your organisation creates your account and decides which sites and features you can see.
