About this app

iTask gives field teams their day's work on one screen and takes them through each job, from travel to sign-off, with or without signal.

TODAY'S JOBS

FORMS THAT FIT THE JOB
• Checklists, readings, dates, ratings and notes
• Photos, short videos and marked-up pictures
• Customer signatures on the phone
• Scan a barcode, number plate or meter to fill in a field
• Works offline: what you capture is kept on the phone and sent when you are back online

START NEW WORK
• Raise a ticket using your organisation's forms
• Run inspections, walk-round checks, refuel records and equipment hand-overs

ASSETS
• Find any asset by name or tag, or scan its label
• See where it is, its live readings and its open work orders
• Count and verify assets in an audit by scanning them

ATTENDANCE
• Clock in and out, and record your breaks
• See your timesheet and leave balances, and apply for leave

LOCATION
With your permission, iTask shares your location with your team during your working hours and while a job is in progress, as your organisation sets it, even when the app is closed or not in use. It also records where you are when you start, arrive at or complete a job step. You can change location access at any time in your phone's settings.

You can also sign in with your fingerprint or face.

iTask works with your organisation's account on the web portal. There is no public sign-up: your organisation creates your account and decides what you can see.
