The Kenya Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR) app is a Ministry of Health initiative designed to strengthen Kenya’s capacity for real-time disease detection, reporting, and response. Built on the Digital Adaptation Kit (DAK) and aligned with WHO SMART guidelines, the app enables health workers to seamlessly collect, verify, and share public health data from communities and health facilities nationwide.
