Really poor app... needs a LOT of improvement. Also, the contact us staff does not take the time to actually read the messages... Too lazy, and too much effort. You shouldn't have to contact them more than once to do something as simple as issue a replacement VIP card. After they sent me someone else's VIP card, supposedly with the same first and last name, I had to email them to ask them to correct their mistake. Should never of happened. They eventually fixed it... so 3 out of 5.

this app has more issues than any other app we've ever used. And we use this app a lot and we're big lottery players. whoever is in charge of the design or whoever designs the app can they please try and create one that doesn't keep not working? it won't read our lottery tickets anymore and then uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now it just goes to a blank white screen. no matter what I do. normally I would text Carla at that works at the lottery but she has retired. please fix this

why does this app not update on a regular basis? mine is still showing games that are no longer in play and it also shows payout amounts that haven't been available in 6 months. I have done the update through Google Play and it shows that there are no updates for this application.
