1/26/26 App is not scanning tickets. When I try scanning the app gets stuck on "Loading, please wait" but never actually load results... Won't open, was working great up til 12/12/25 and now it opens to a white screen and immediatly closes. Trued restarting my phone but that did not help..

The app closes as soon as you open it will not let you on to scan your tickets or do anything! I was in the store and tried to show them my VIP number on my phone and it was impossible to do! It worked fine until about a month ago, I have uninstalled and reinstalled nothing seems to help!

Still worthless, I have to re-install every couple of weeks since the ticket scanner quits working.🤢 original review: This new app is crummy. The check a ticket feature doesn't work well and locks up.
