Trying to scan my scratch tickets for my VIP points and the app hasn't worked for a few days. Says I have Zero points, and won't scan tickets. I have no idea what's going on but I'm really disappointed.

1/26/26 App is not scanning tickets. When I try scanning the app gets stuck on "Loading, please wait" but never actually load results... Won't open, was working great up til 12/12/25 and now it opens to a white screen and immediatly closes. Trued restarting my phone but that did not help..

App is no longer functional. A "something went wrong" banner loads across the top and when you try to click anything, the app crashes.
