Better than OR-PTC-DCI, but the bar is low. App freezes very frequently and makes simple operations take several minutes. It regularly takes me at least 2-3 attempts to complete chart notes because it freezes and requires a restart. It often doesn't save the data I input on the first try. The UI is unpleasant and clumsy, randomly scrolling when I hit a checkbox. Clocking out should take me a minute at the most but often takes at least 5. One of the most irritating apps I've been required to use

Had been a really good app until the latest design change. I can't scroll in the boxes to see what all is written in it. Also, the task section where you check off what you've completed, no longer shows the details in them. You now have to go to the careplan every time to see it, but if too much is written in the box you can scroll to see the rest. I use the app as a caregiver not an administrator.

My company uses this app to monitor my time/tasks at work and I have enjoyed it for several years. Lately, there are a lot of settings that have changed so that it often logs me out and I have to start over. I'm not certain if this is coming from settings my company uses or is at the level of the app itself but it's not as easy to use as it used to be. One example is if you are in the logout section and have to go use another app to calculate mileage, it logs you out.
