After l the latest update, the app blocks access whenever Accessibility Services are enabled (Error 81004 – Bugsmirror). This issue did not exist in previous versions and is now significantly impacting our daily operations. I have been a Vi retailer for more than 10 years, and this restriction is affecting business activities. I am unable to log in. An alert appears stating, "Please disable USB/Wi-Fi debugging in Developer Options for security purposes." However, these options are already disabled on my phone. Due to this issue, I am unable to process a recharge for my customer. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. App version: 9.3.3 Mobile model: Mi A1

I am a visually impaired retail partner, and I am completely unable to use the Vi Smart Connect app. Whenever I open the app with Google TalkBack enabled, the app immediately crashes and forces me out due to your security restrictions. TalkBack is an official, trusted Google accessibility tool, not a malicious third-party application or a security threat.
