This is completely unacceptable. The Smart Connect app is forcing users to uninstall another banking app (AMCB – Ahmednagar Merchant Co-op Bank) just to work. Why should a recharge app interfere with unrelated banking apps? This looks like poor design or unnecessary restrictions. Users should not be forced to remove other apps from their phones just to use your service. Very disappointing experience. Please fix this immediately, otherwise many users will lose trust in your app.

Aftfer the latest update, the app blocks access if Accessibility services are enabled (Error 81004-Bugsmirror). This issue never existed befofe. I am a Vi retaile for 10+years and this update is affecting daily business. We cannot disable other essential business apps just to run this app. Airtel, Jio, and BSNL apps do not enforce this restrictions. Please fix this urgently.

my vi smart connect is not working I am tried to fix it could you fix it It works fine until last update. Both my idea and Vodafone nos. connect with it. I use my both nos. for activation and recharges in single app. But after today's update only idea no. is showing. I can't add my Vodafone no. Please solve this problem immediately. 2. You are right, but how can I use my other no.? I can't install 2 apps in single device. This is my problem. VConnect app doesn't work.
