HIIT is a home workout timer for days with no gym, no equipment and not much time.
Open the app and it suggests one session for today, sized to fit your day. Pick how much time you have — from 4 to 20 minutes — and start moving in under a minute.
Every session:
• Needs no equipment. Just a clear arm's reach of space.
• Shows an animated figure during get-ready time, so you know the pace before each stage begins.
• Can be paused and resumed whenever you need to.
• Comes with a preview first, so you know how the time is spent before you start.
New to exercise, or coming back after a break? Tell the app your experience level and it adjusts rest length and pace. A low-impact option is always available, and every routine starts with a short reminder to check your space and listen to your body.
Browse the full library any time from the Workouts tab, filtered by length or impact, or open History to see your weekly activity — all kept on your device. There's no account and no sign-in anywhere in the app.
Settings let you turn sound cues, spoken coaching and haptics on or off, and set a default session length and experience level.
HIIT is free to use and supported by ads.
This app does not provide medical advice. If you're unsure whether an exercise is right for you, speak with a qualified professional before starting.
Short, equipment-free workout breaks. A daily pick, timer, demos.
