Latest update made the app worse, not better!! So many issues with logging food and then the app freezes and can't do anything except shut down the app and try again later.... Only for it to happen all over again. We are "supposed" to use this app?!?! I plan to talk with my coach on my next visit and will be uninstalling this app. Just not worth all the added frustration!!!
Update 9/15/17 The update is terrible. Whenever I log a custom meals, which is now twice a day since I'm in phase 2, it only includes one ingredient. Like when I add a salad it only includes the info for romaine. Though I'm only eating what I'm allowed in this phase, this is going to create a lot of issues when I hit phase 3 and am actually trying to track what carbs and fats I'm eating. Seriously considering deleting this app, even though it's supposed to help me with this specific program. Fix the bugs! Old review: I used My Fitness Pal, which has more options. I wish this app would list fiber along with carbs, protein, & fat, so that I know what my net carbs are, seeing as that's what counts. Right now I have to go through all my entries and subtract from the gross carbs they list. I also wish they was a frequently used or recent list, as I tend to eat a lot of the same things. I can favorite it, but I've noticed when I do that, it changes the stats. For instance, I had to add Walden Farms chocolate syrup via barcode because the search function didn't have it (how is Walden Farms not in there). When I went to favorite it, it changed the energy to some generic chocolate syrup which had loads of sugar and carbs. It should be easier to add and find foods. I also wish there was a way to list activity/exercise. I know that's what the band is for, but I can't wear the band when I swim, so that essentially doesn't count. Or when I do Pilates, that's a great workout, but not exactly step heavy. Basically, be more like My Fitness Pal.
The latest update really screwed up the journal system. How do you think that making it less user friendly is a good idea? Now I can't see that I have all my meals logged, water intake, and supplements taken all at once. Please fix this in the next update.
The app could be much better. The recent update that pushed out will not update my water intake on the home page (Samsung Note 5). When I tried to message them through the app, it would allow me to fill out or sub.it the form. Entering meals is a cumbersome task.
Last update is a step back. Adding meals is hard, can't submit questions to support, lost frequent used meals...
App is broken. Can't sign up and select location.
