Ideal Collection is an exciting group of unique and informal hospitality venues across Hampshire and West Sussex. Established in 2002 and born out of a passion for great hospitality, we’re committed to bringing you the very best in local produce, service that makes you smile and unique, comfortable spaces, so you can get the most from your downtime. Our approach is very simple, yet incredibly effective.
We want to make people’s lives better every day – that includes our people, customers and suppliers. For our people, we recognise that a fun, supportive and empowering working environment is important.
For our customers, we want to deliver stylish hospitality venues and local food cooked with skill and flair. For our suppliers, we care about long-term, ethical business relations. Each of our venues has its own personality, style and atmosphere. We’re committed to producing high-quality, great-tasting dishes using the very best local ingredients.

Terrible app. It took over 20 minutes of trying just to order a beer. I almost gave up. Problems: 1. Skip reg but then makes you register 2. When registering, the fields don't auto fill 3. Stupid wait for a verification email number 4. Register a card instead of just using Apple/Google Pay 5. Card doesn't register unless you take a photo of it 6. Need to register card multiple times 7. Then need to log in again 8. Orders constantly fail. Often 4-5 attempts.

Incredibly slow, loading error 3x in a row. Useless.
