It's looking like garbage, or a scam!!! I paid my money. Next, it wants you to put in your ID " for verification. That is fine. " But it only allows you to go halfway. I used my Driver's License. Come time to scan the backside of Driver's License, the screen goes black. Then app advises you to download a separate app. It's steering you to another place where nothing works!!

Used to be great, as of recent - terrible. Impossible to use as an identification tool, you can try 20 times and nothing ever matches. As I said it was great just recently, they must of changed their settings or something, now its literally unusable.

used the app to verify my identity for a site and am still not verified bc its saying my name is different than the one on my license , which is incorrect . so im still not able to access the site that im not verified on , totally frustrated!
