PH4H Wallet by Identfy is an open source based app that allows self-management of users' decentralized digital identity (DID) as well as operating with verifiable credentials (VC) issued by trusted entities. Identfy also allows you to operate with different networks and blockchain infrastructures, being able to manage decentralized digital identities and verifiable credentials. With PH4H Wallet by Identfy you can:

- Request and save a credential.
- Submit verifiable credentials
- Revoke a presentation, being able to manage access
- Maintain a history of the actions carried out with your credentials, such as their issuance, expiration, revocation, recovery; and with presentations, such as the realization or revocation of the same.

PH4H Wallet by Identfy is a product developed based on blockchain technology, which allows the verification of information based on an ecosystem of trust in different entities that issue said certified content, which we call credentials. Users, with this, have real control of their information, being able to manage their own access to their information, respecting the privacy and anonymity of the data at all times.
