can you put English option and AI so i can rate 5.. thanks for feed back i am using like that at the moment the problem is there are emails thats 5-10 pdf pages that cant be translated online it take time and allots of apps to convert to read it

Overall a great app but if you need any help, tough luck. I couldn't manage to find any way to speak to anyone, only automatic responses from a robot. Very frustrating. (I am writing the review in English but I am a native Hebrew speaker and use the app in Hebrew.) אני צריך לומר, ההיענות שלכם פה מדהימה, יישר כח. עם זאת, באפליקציה כאשר אני רוצה לשלוח הודעה לבנקאי, אני מופנה ישירות אל "צ'אט עם פולי". אני לא יכול לכתוב בנוסח חופשי את הבקשה שלי.

The app gets stuck all the time, windows take loads of time to load and some times dont even load at all. Makes it really hard to navigate the bank options. Effort should be put to make this app run more smoothly.
