I really love the app, but, the app keeps on lagging. Kindly look into it. It stops in the middle of lessons and games. It has stopped working again. I tried reinstalling and removing cache, nothing is working. Kindly look into it. I have been unable to study since yesterday. My nickname is sorbet. Thank you.

I'm really not happy with the app. I subscribed to a membership premium with a guest account, and I was told to link my account to my email so that I will not lose my progress but when I tried to it didn't work. Now I can't find my guest account and I can't use my membership premium which is still on it guest account. I even contacted them through funpik help email but no reply 😔 please give me back my guest account or you refund my money back please.😭

This really disappointed me.. because once I saw the ads I immediately download it and I'm actually a fan of learning about Korean and I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed in this app and why? because I don't have any membership seens I can't purchase anything at ALL and it won't even let me study some basic words seens it have membership but I had fun getting some gold's and completing quest but this really dissatisfy me and please don't put membership it will be good and nice!
