I was a bit skeptical of this app, but it's actually really good! It reminds me a lot of Duo before it got all flashy and always yelling at you to subscribe. This one barely tells you to sub, and gives a lot for free. I really do enjoy the kanji lessons here, I think they're well done. However, I really can't stomach the thought of paying such a high priced subscription for a single app. I wish I could just buy the kanji part or individual collections separately and keep them forever.

So much better than duolingo. The app explains grammar rules. They break it down into smaller units with 3to 4 lessons per unit where the same words or grammar rules are practised over and over again in so many sentences. Also the voice speaks slowly, doesnt sound robotic/ unnatural like it does in duo and the romanization really helps understand the pronunciation. I love the saily grammar and words practise. I love that I paid for annual membership. it is totally worth it .

This app has such a great interface! the free version is fantastic! I am definitely thinking about canceling my Duolingo, it's THAT GOOD I'm not kidding! Only if you're focusing on Japanese and/or Korean. I like that it keeps the focus on just those two languages it helps them be more in depth with their teaching. I LOVE how you have REAL PEOPLE talking to you, you actually see their mouth movements and how to say the words properly. Unlike other ai sounding language models used. LOVE IT! 🤩
