Why don't you make a widget for your app? It will make everything easier.
App loses device connection. Return manual electricity cost input!
Wasn't the best setup or easiest, but in the end it does work. The other thing that should be fixed is the precalculated kWh. This is so drastically wrong it's sad. You either need to get the right prices or allow the user to manually set their actual cost so that can get accurate numbers.
Since Weber purchase igrill they have gone downhill to the point they are now rendered useless with the latest update. Why does a thermometer need to k ow where you live and location just to set it up. With latest update you can't even use it. Had my igrill mini for 3 years and igrill 2 for 2 years. Going to purchase Tappecue WiFi thermometer where I can actually go do things miles away from the smoker and still able to get all cooking info. Sorry Weber bad business move to purchase igrill. Worked great before you acquired them. Don't waste your money on something so fickle.
This app is getting worse with every update. First required you to update every time you try to use the thermometer, now it's making you sign in and now I can't find the device because it's not an Android device. Now I have to spend more time with support and hope that it might work eventually. But in the meantime the roast in the oven will have to be measured the old-fashioned way, not using this thermometer. I guess we need to make sure the thing works before we ever put something in the oven. Pathetic.
