I don't care who owns iDevices I don't care about your complicated support team and who is running "experience control" now... Your software is junk. Here's my experience.... It worked. Then your software was "upgraded" and now it doesn't work. I'm throwing it away and going with something else.

I can't even set up my iDevices switches because the app crashes every single time I put my wifi password in during setup. I'm pretty upset about it because I spent $150 on stuff I can't even get to work.
All of their apps are horrible! Crashing, unable to sync. Don't waste your time or money.
It is unable to recognize a device that has not had its firmware updated. Even after I tried updating the firmware through an iOS device it failed and so still wouldn't work on Android.
Crashes like no tomorrow
Just funnels you into the weber Igrill app that doesn't work and insists on location to function. Avoid!
Why don't you make a widget for your app? It will make everything easier.
