Ratings and reviews

I would suggest you not to use their service. I have been facing terrible consumer redressal from their side. I have an excess EMI refund pending for 6 months. I have been repeatedly receiving updates and mails for the issue has been raised but they are unable to resolve the issue and still sending links to attach the same set of documents I had already uploaded 5 times before hand.

App is blocked by V-KYC message. Cannot create support requests. Multiple customer IDs linking not possible. Cannot redeem points. Too slow and a lot of unwanted features. Some needed features go to Web version while unneeded ones are baked into the app. Basically, one of the worst bank apps.

The Spends Categorisation feature on the IDFC First Bank app is incredibly helpful. It automatically sorts my transactions into categories like groceries, travel, and salary, making it so much easier to track where my money is going. This has really improved how I manage my finances. The AI is accurate and saves me so much time. It’s a game-changer for anyone looking to stay on top of their spending efficiently.
