First they dormant my account without any prior notice and after I activate it now I am unable to access the app. Each time I tried it stuck in the OTP phase and the worst part is I never get an OTP and their excuse is there is an issue with sending OTP in foreign numbers. Their customer care doesn't even know when this issue with the OTP will solve. Is this even logical for a bank like IFIC to have this kind of issue in their app for so long. I might change the bank.

Horrible service. Half of the time it says temporarily unavailable, the other half of the time it is slow as a turtle. It also requires you to turn off the developer option to use the app. I will soon switch to another bank, the app is too inconvenient for daily users

The app needs a major upgrade with a more elegant and user-friendly UI. Important features like cheque book and card application, status tracking, activation, Green PIN, card block/unblock, and QR withdrawals are missing. Please add these to match the standards of modern digital banking. IFIC has great potential—looking forward to improvements!
