was good until update, I had biometric unlock and it was recently disabled, as i struggle with memory issues it was a massive stress reliever but an update ended taking it away, now I was like "hey I have the info saved to my phone that will work around the issue!" Nope when I select that option it clears the username so I fet to decide what I want to type more, username or password. it kind of exhausting and frustrating.

I went to deposit a check, and had to retake the picture twice, despite not seeing anything wrong with it. Then when I finally got it ready for deposit your app said it was unavailable and of course it told me I had to sign in again and redo the pictures. They also sent us fully activated charge cards in the mail......if they had been stolen, I wouldn't even have been able to prevent false charges.

Now says "We need to confirm your identity" and they says text or call and with either option it texts or calls immediately, but then says to go back to app and you can continue, but it does not continue, it just sits on that screen says we are calling you. And when you hit the back button it says "we need you to keep going so you don't loose progress". I can't log in to my account.
