It's so easy to transfer, deposit and keep up with all my accounts, and as a bonus ive increased my savings and my credit rating since ive gotten the app, its so easy to pay my bills on time now. love this app. so easy to move money around to different accounts. and to see all activities at any time. 9/24/2020 -- The APP is and has been working great for a long time now. Rivermark advances and evolves. I've been with them for 12 years now. I've only been frustrated once, and that was in 2018. They lead in the lowest fees, and best customer experience I've ever experienced. I've been around the block in both personal and business banking. I don't even waste my time anymore with the other offers which always have 'gotcha' policies if you look carefully.

I have been taken back because Rivermark closed branches I.E. Newberg. Then if we needed to go in to the bank we had to go to down town Portland. Not a pleasing experience! The only reason we still Bank at Rivermark is because we have alot of auto deposits and auto payments. Now we see they are expanding again to Tigard. I guess with the mobil banking app. it really doesn't matter. The app has made it easier to maintain a bank no matter if it accessible or not. Service is slow but adequate.
