Overall, the app works as it should. Transfers are fairly quick to appear on your actual balance. Navigating the app is easy, once you learn what you can do and how to do it. However, frequent maintenance to the app itself, causing your account to be inaccessible, leaves some things to be desired.

There isn't a L&N branch in my area, but I have had this account for years, from when I lived in an area with a L&N branch. Now, with the nearest branch being 45 minutes away, I would have had to change banks if it weren't for the app. It has allowed time to keep L&N as my bank. This app makes it easy to check my balance, make transfers, and find information like routing numbers. I can even transfer to other accounts not just between checking and savings.

Simple and straightforward! - very easy to use. I like this app because it offers several transaction options on it, which most banking apps do. But its simplicity is different from other banking apps I've used. Depositing a check takes one minute and transfers even less than that. The only complaint to add to my compliments? I wish the agreement policies were available for later access. I accidentally hit agree too early for the one on check deposits, but it is not on there to read again.
