This app is horrible, lately even worse. It takes forever to log in, nothing posts between Thursday and Tuesday which causes overdrafts and missed payments. Most likely intentional so they can charge you tons of fees. Most people who open a web checking account do so so they don't have to keep a paper log book. If you're new to this app do yourself a favor and keep track of your spending on paper. Other banks can do better, why can't you? Pitiful.

App no longer logs in, just times out on the wait screen over & over. Up until recently it wasn't bad just a little behind the times compared to others. It's awful that you can't login to deposit your paycheck on a Friday and speed up the process instead of depositing after 3pm at the bank and waiting until Tuesday the following week for it to post.

Cannot sign into app, after typing login information the app just acts like it's loading until it times out! Restarting phone, unistalling and reinstalling app or changing any amount of settings does not make any difference. Calling customer support gets you nowhere as well. There's no point in using a bank that does not have good mobile services. Will be moving all accounts to 1st commonwealth shortly.
