App does not let me even sign into my account. Had to uninstall the app, install it again and then it worked for me to be able to deposit a check. I closed out the app and then tried to get on and nothing. It is annoying. Need to update/fix the app or I might close my account and move to a new bank.

No option to set email as the preferred means of log in authentication for unrecognized devices. I live in an area with poor cell reception and being forced to send and receive texts to access my bank app is incredibly frustrating.

Takes longer and longer to log in the app. I have had to uninstall and reinstall a few different times. I can get through faster on the website, even though it requires more steps to log in.
