Update killed login Loved it until I just got forced to update the app now the login screen which already looks like something from 10 years ago...but now it doesn't even work! Our I didn't have to reinstall all my info I would delete it but I need the easy access I work to much to not be able to bank on my mobile! For all the money they take on overdraft fees you'd think they could get better web designers and have their apps work!!!!! Smdh
lag in displaying transactions. Paying bills to certain companies never show up when the $ is taken out of your account. Sometimes the funds that are on hold are taken off of the available funds and sometimes it's not. I got charged $35 before my balance even shows that it went into the negatives. This app isn't helpful anymore. It used to be accurate!
Doesn't work Not sure why, but app keeps throwing error about my password. I type the exact same pw on desktop and it works fine. May be because I use a special character? Major bug in my opinion. 9/27 update - still can't log in!
Completely terrible. Citizen's Bank doesn't support Android Pay. Can't login with fingerprint scanner like PayPal allows (Nexus Imprint support). Design extremely outdated and app is just generally slow at loading. Get with the times CB... And yet your iOS app looks and works tons better and you support Apple Pay and the TouchID. Utterly biased towards apple, you even support the Apple Watch but no Android Wear devices. It's probably time to switch banks...
I'm tired of being behind iOS Are we ever going to get a fingerprint reader? What about compatibility with Android Pay, any day now would be nice.
Can't enter PIN Since the update, I can no longer enter my PIN number. The lower portion of the key pad isn't accessible for some reason. I access the app several times a week to check balances and transfer funds and I already use the PIN. Not being able to access my Information via the app is very inconvenient.

• We’ve enhanced our application to allow users to access Fast Balance from both the PIN and the User ID/Password pages
• The “Remember Me” option will now be defaulted to “off” if not previously saved. If PIN is activated, Remember Me will automatically be turned on
