Need to allow the options for pattern or numeric pin so customers don't have to enter password each time. Don't understand why you got rid of the numeric choice, dumb. Besides that, the app itself is smooth for a tech like me yet simple enough for people I teach how to use modern devices, apps, etc to understand. Pay attention to customers request & reviews. Learn from Google Pay, people loved it for a long time, then they made changes that ticked people off. SIMPLE & secure can go a long way

New app is terrible! Try to login, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Won't let us mobile deposit a check, keeps saying it can't confirm the check is eligible for mobile deposit, even though it's identical to checks we deposit every two weeks. Also, I liked the PIN logon and the widget. I've been with citizens for almost 25 years even though I've moved and the nearest branch is 25 miles from me, but may have to find a new bank if these issues don't get resolved.

A couple of times I thought I had more money than I had, in which had put me into an overdraft. The app had given me a total amount of over draft and did not break it down, until the next couple of days to let me know what the fees were, so I assumed the total amount that was overdrafted was my transactions. You need to put a negative amount on all the overdraft items, so we can see exactly what they were and the dates. I had tried to figure it out, but it was impossible.
