The new updates terrible. it used to save my user ID so I could log in quickly with just a password and it no longer does that. it has the option to do it but every time I click remember my ID and go to type it in it brings me to a warning screen and glitches out. The whole purpose of having a mobile banking app is so it's quick and on the fly and this does not do that for me.

the new app is terrible. the lay out, the format, everything is moved and not easy to get to. i used to be able to use my saved password to log in and now it wont even register the app. and then the 6 digit pin. used to be able to autofill after the code was texted to me. now i have to manually type it in. you should have just left the banking app alone citizens. didn't have to go and change the whole app.

We opened up a new account with Citizens. Had money deposited into the account. They decided to put a 10 day hold on the account! we couldn't access the app or anything. We had to go to the bank to withdrawl any money which is extremely frustrating. Week later I'm told they will not have a relationship with us and closed the account! A check had been mailed with the rest of our funds. Which was a LIE! The check hasn't been mailed yet and won't be til the 20th. Had my money for 3 weeks! liars!
