Would be great except it constantly has the wrong balance. The actual account transactions will show the real balance but the total at the top will say something completely different so there are either transactions that are hidden or the bot can't do basic math, but I'm sick of being charged overdraft fees when I'm not even in the negative but the system seems to think so

Never an accurate balance. You get several different balances throughout the day; for example, if you spend $100 using your debit card, you're lucky it will post tomorrow! It's like this app cannot do basic math. In the morning, your balance is one number; in the afternoon or evening, it's a completely different number again. Be advised!

Great if you don't want access to your money or your account. constantly getting locked out of my account for reasons they can't explain to me. I constantly don't have access to MY money despite there being plenty of money in my account. No text, no email. I have to call every time. Banking with Citizens is a nightmare and I cannot wait to close my account
