This app is extremely slow on the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. I tried to optimize all factors to get it to load and it still takes almost 3 minutes with full 5G service and Wi-Fi running. And it's the only App that's active also. What gives?

Sometimes it works. 70% of the time bill pay doesn't work. I changed my password. I have it wrote down and double check with the see password on, it told me wrong password. If you call to report issue it's like duh. I have 2 attached accounts went to increase payment amount on one it changed it to the other account. I did nothing to change the account number, just the amount. Delete the whole thing started over it still tried to use the account I didn't want to use. Used to be a five-star app

The app is super slow. I have better luck using the computer to access my accounts. I don't understand why the app works so slow on my phone. I've noticed that it seems to be a Samsung issue, not sure why.
