Ratings and reviews

App is barely functional. Most of the time, if you want to get any kind of quotes (whether it be options or stock prices) or even merely looking at graphs, you have to restart the app beforehand. Otherwise, the app doesn't connect to the streamer. How is it that Robinhood's app works every time we use it, but Tastytrade's app doesn't? Quite embarrassing. This has been a problem for well over a year and I'm getting tired of it.

App freezes at login after last update. This app is getting worse. Lots of "improvements" have actually been loss of functionality. Too many immovable sections. You can't even see all the legs of an iron condor because of the scaling of all the other frames onscreen (can't move, remove in settings). Repeated freezes. Option trees with no prices after minutes of waiting. Fills are getting worse... literally nothing good to say recently.

After 3 years today was the last straw. Last update was a disaster, screwed up trades twice in the last 3 weeks costing me money. Today, during my most reliable trade setup, the app wouldn't even load. I un-installed and reinstalled in a flurry. Turned on and off my phone, but to no avail. I watched the trade go by and cost me the opportunity of a near max profit trade over a 30 minute time window. I've had enough. They're more concerned with a superfluous flashy front-end than stability.
