Ratings and reviews

Avoid this company at all costs. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional. They cancel orders without notice, randomly change delivery time slots to suit their convenience, and even send entirely different products without informing you. When questioned, they claim your original item was out of stock — but instead of notifying you, they take it upon themselves to decide what to send. It’s unacceptable. They're experts in one thing only: wasting your time, ruining your day, &taking money

Very poor service. They don't deliver anything on time. If you are trying to order something for a special occasion and need it on time, I suggest you order from somewhere else. I had to order from here few times because my go to app wasn't showing delivery at those dates and it has been a horrible experience. No communication from there end on anything. I ordered flowers with delivery timings 6am-12pm and at even after 1pm the order was still not dispatched. Would not recommend this at all.
