Ratings and reviews

I'm going to uninstall IGP as soon as I get a pending refund. The service has gone down the drain. For my 3rd last order, the delivery was extremely late and I had to fight with a customer service agent on WhatsApp to get a refund on the express delivery fee. For the 2nd last order, I couldn't even place it because the app crashed repeatedly. For the latest one, they called to say that they can't deliver today, and can't even reschedule to the next day for an early morning delivery. Horrible!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent orders with your service. I have placed orders twice, and on both occasions, the orders were cancelled at the final stage, right at the expected delivery time. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Cancelling orders at the end of the delivery window is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reliability of your service. As a customer, I expect timely updates and dependable delivery, not last-minute cancellations.

(Edited) After seeing the response from the team, I thought i could try again. But the same thing repeated this year as well. I ordered a hamper again, but i received partial items and upon reaching customer support which was to raise a request they texted back on WhatsApp a day after saying since there's no response from you we are closing the ticket. No calls Just like that in a second i received all three messages, Moreover my friend was asked to pay 112 delivery charged even after i paid
