Ratings and reviews

This is an absolutely ridiculously app. Doesn't provide for on time delivery of orders. I ordered for a few things to be given on Mother's Day and they didn't dispatch the items that day itself. The order came in the next day. Also, they charge premium amounts by showing different size (of cakes) on the website but deliver miniature version of the same. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing, keeping the occasion in mind.

Finally got the delivery, delivery is late,their app shows no updates, customer service also bad,they don't have clear voice and they say the same thing everytime and I have waste around 2hrs for 3 times call, product quality is also just ok, nothing so special unless when you want to gift any person who far from you,even customer service voice is terrible it's like talking to a radio with bad signal, overall ok ok,got the delivery 8hour late than selected slot,don't promise if you can't do.

Support contact number is invalid.. 1stly the payment is deducted from your account but they show that order placement is failed.. I placed another order with another mode of payment, that was also deducted but order placement was failed.. suddenly after 15 min I get a confirmation that both the order has been placed and there's no support to cancel one order.
