I need to order personalized photo cake. And I was struggling to upload the image. No proper error messages are there and I need to place order for same date but due their upload image functionality issue, not able to do so. I connected with support team, they are also not that much quick. And finally as usual, I placed order from F&P which is having far better user experience. Thus uninstalling it.

The shittiest gifting service ever. They don't even address your concerns after your order is delivered and their Customer support numbers are invalid. They are just here to loot you as much as possible. I won't recommend you to order from them as there are many other better alternatives available

Impressed with the app... really appricative. The quality of the cake was nice . Delivery was on time and the tracking option is best . You guys must improve the quality of the gift card still one of the best app ..
