Don't ever top-up, once you top-up you'll lose everything within minutes. Verified a couple of times, didn't believe it at first too.

The hong kong mode literally just disappears. There's so many games too which are majority nonsensical ones.

if you love Taiwanese rules in a competitive setting then this one is the best. I wish you could change language to English, this would definitely attract a wider audience. Also an indication if you're playing with bots on the table.
