Awesome App love it. Not only is the service fast and very easy to use. But their customer service rocks, I had some scammers commenting on posts and they took action and deleted their accounts, to keep the good practice within the app. Even thou they're very busy they do find the time to respond as promptly as possible and help you get the answer to whatever you're having trouble with. If you're a gamer and need somewhere to buy or sell gaming items this is the best app to do it in.

At first I loved it and I still love the idea. What I am very unhappy with is that first there was someone on my listing harassing me and a 4 year old pretty violently and action still has yet to be taken a week later. There is constantly either impersonations of gameflip on my listings aka ppl trying to scam other ppl on their listings trying to fool them into giving away their items for free or ppl trying to advertise their own listings on other ppls listings because they have no rep. Last but not least last night I saw with my own eyes one of gameflips staff giving out what is very obvious to be false information about how the payout system works. So in the end I love the idea but go ahead and take a look at who is behind this project and why have they not only have not addressed ongoing issues but now lying to customers to shut them up instead of doing their job. Another team letting go of responsibility due to money flow making them careless.

Seriously, my husband account has a glitch lol. Uhm why is that? Please you should put another listing of trading pokemon cause I can't even see what are the 3ds games. It's so annoying seeing all these Pokémon's trading and not the games what people are selling :/ Thanks!

This company is worthless. The community that uses the app are awesome! I have bought/sold over 45 items with the same card and now for the third time my purchase is under review for possible fruad... How?.?.? I have used it 45 times already!!! How is this purchase any different! No matter how many times you email them you get the same copy and paste email back. I have yet to be able to talk to anyone that works there. I can't find a phone number, they won't answer facebook posts, Seriously a horrible company that had a great idea and failed miserably at making a great app.

I'm extremely happy selling my games here, but I wanted to move to mobile app for using it at work. I can't sign in using Google from my Xiaomi RedMi note 2 because it crashes!

After receiving a non working game code from a seller on their app, they closed the dispute, gave the seller my money and then gave them positive feedback all without contacting me. Beware buying anything on Gameflip because they don't care about you, all they care about is closing the transaction as quickly as possible so they get their cut of your money from the seller. Until they resolve my complaint and refund my money, my review will remain at 1 star. Terrible customer service.

Their site/service is so poorly developed I have a hard time trusting them with any funds. On top of their many issues their support is probably the worst I've ever dealt with. After submitting 5 separate tickets and waiting days I only received an automated response and still haven't corresponded with a single individual. Avoid using this app.

Had pretty good experience until i realized this app/service is catered 100% to buyers specifically distrustful people. They can pretty much get you to ship the item and just dispute it and gameflip will not ever respond to your inquirys about the process. Its been over 25 days and gameflip has already closed a case withpit any explination to me about their findings.

Bought an Xbox live gold card the first time, redeemed it and it worked. The second one I bought, it said the code wasn't active and after a week of emails with the support team, my issue with the faulty code has still not been resolved. I want a full refund.

They put every single order on hold for days !! So takes forever to get your stuff !! I hate waiting !! Also if you buy a code that doesnt work support takes weeks to help with the issue and no refund given !! Stay away !!

If it's sold remove it. I keep trying to get a 1 year PlayStation Plus membership and everything I find is sold. If it's sold, remove it. That goes for any item. Your wasting time and space.
