now I get stood up by a app not working and no one getting back to me, after giving 24 hours notice of app not working. so then I could not join the event I had booked and wasted my time getting ready for it in case the app worked. So I'm very disappointed with Katch wasting my time and money.

Hi Catherine You contacted us on Saturday so we apologise with the delay. We done a massive app update to focus on blind dates which enables members to avail of video introductions. We disabled events for the time being so we can give you a free date or your 5 euro back.

that's so creepy, once you make profile you can't undo and it's start with 5 euro. it's totally fake
