I really love shopping at IKEA! One suggestion I'd love to see is making delivery available for all products, not just selected items. Sometimes me or others don't have time to visit the store, and nowadays it's easy to check products through videos and social media before buying. It would make the shopping experience much more convenient if all products could be ordered with delivery.

I’m unable to log in to the application on my mobile phone, even though I can successfully log in through the web browser/website using the same username and password.

Very disappointing experience I ordered two drawers for pickup, but the order was not deliveried to the store. I was told to wait until end of day, but nothing was resolved. After multiple calls, I was informed there was an IT issue and it was canceled, so I placed it again for delivery The delivery was also delayed. I was contacted once for location, then nothing happened for days. When I followed up, I was told again there is an IT issue and they cannot tell me where the order will be deliver
