The worst experience ever. I ordered where I should receive my order in 2 days, I received it a whole week later with a damaged lamp that can't be exchanged as per rules. They said that you can't return or exchange any item as per their rules. A big scam. Another order was supposed to be received in 2 days and it took another week. Several times, I asked to speak to a manager or so, but a call was never made. The worst, worst, worst online shopping ever. I'll delete Ikea app

The IKEA app showed 22 items in stock. Customer service confirmed this multiple times. I visited the store three days in a row. No one physically checked the inventory. After a week, I was told the system showed stock but none was actually available. I was instructed to come in person instead of ordering online, yet no verification was done. This reflects poor internal communication and unreliable inventory control. Please correct this process.

I made an order online and there was a missing items. They said it will take to 5 to 6 days to check the availability of items. I have waited but there's no update. I made a follow up call and they said that item is still not available. Now, I just requested for refund. 2 weeks had passed, I did not received any update. Chat in whattsapp was not helpful, call center was not helpful. Until today, no update on my Case.
