A lot of issues. the web site is better. but also in the website you cannot see your orders history. i never seen a website where you can order but can't manage your orders... very strange.

There isn't any real online customer service with this app (they make you wait days to respond, which so annoying), the app/website is very messed up, the prices are too high, no promotional codes provided and I can't use my IKEA Family Card. The online buyable items are still not buyable at the checkout. It is a total mess, and I'll make sure this would be the last time I buy anything from Ikea. I won't recommand it.
