About this app

"Blood Pressure Notebook" is a fun and easy-to-use app for tracking your daily blood pressure.
A black cat named Mofumofu and a calico cat named Su-chan will watch over your blood pressure management.

■ One-Tap Recording
Receive measurement data from a Bluetooth-enabled blood pressure monitor with a single tap.
Duplicate records are automatically excluded, so you won't get duplicates no matter how many times you receive data.
Manual input is also supported. You can use it even without a blood pressure monitor.
(Tested and confirmed to work with Omron Healthcare's HEM-6325T)

■ Status at a Glance
The latest measurement is displayed on a large card. When your blood pressure is high, the cat's expression will notify you.
The app also automatically calculates the "morning average" and "evening average" for the past 7 days. Perfect for managing home blood pressure.

■ Reminders to Prevent Forgetting to Measure
The app learns your usual measurement times and only notifies you to "measure your blood pressure" on days when you haven't recorded anything yet.
You can also manually specify times for morning and evening measurements.

■ Check Changes with Trend Graphs
- Switch between line graphs and high/low bar displays for systolic and diastolic blood pressure
- Simultaneous display of pulse rate trends
- Includes 135/85 baseline lines for home blood pressure monitoring
- Selectable period: 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year

■ Data Only on Your Smartphone
All records are stored on your device and are never transmitted externally.
Location information is not acquired. No account registration required, no ads. Use with peace of mind.
Includes a convenient CSV export function for hospital visits.
