Ratings and reviews

This app is still not working with Samsung phones. Drop down menu's don't work and can't save presets. Been waiting for a fix ever since the Tonex Plug was released. Got my hopes up that Ver 1.1.0 would fix the issue, it didn't. Awful, every other manufacturer of guitar products have working apps, why IK Multimedia can't manage it in 2026 baffles me.

when it works it's great but it's buggy. connection issues and problems with drop down selectors that don't work consistently. Day 2 is even worse.

Can't log into Tone Net through this app. It says I must 'register the app through the account panel'. After submitting my login details nothing happens and there's no error message. If I access Tone Net separately through Chrome I can log in fine, so it seems there's a bug.
