I would like to know how to give 10 negative stars to this app and the new updates for the vacuum cleaner. Some time ago, maybe about 10 months or so, the robot vacuum cleaner started talking during the night. It probably received an update and restarted but waking up everyone in the house with the robot vacuum cleaner screaming is beyond words! This happened today, Again! Please solve this problem. I need to sleep! 😡

I downloaded the app but can't sign up or enter as a guest , as i click on sign up or enter as a guest , an "X" appears notifying me that there is an error. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it on both iPhone and Google Pixel , no result. i need an alternative to this app if possible or Need help please from "CREATE" company. Thank you.

What an app :( I have updated it, reinstalled it, and tried many times to log in. It keeps saying "an error occured." It worked only the first 2 days, and I have never worked since. The phone is definitely not the issue, and tried on several phones. The developers need to fix and improve the app.
