Ratings and reviews

Terrible customer service. They completely refused to help or even send a paid technician just because I don't have the original order ID. Now my fan is useless. To make matters worse, I checked the website and app to buy a spare part myself, and the delivery time is a ridiculous 4 to 6 months! I own 4 ceiling fans from this brand; 3 of them are no longer working efficiently and are essentially trash now. I am throwing them away. I do not recommend this brand at all. Avoid.

No buttons as described in FAQ. In FAQ, it states under "my orders" I can edit and change my order if its not been sent. It's only being sent 10/08/2026, due to stock shortages, yet I still can't order and they're not emailing or contacting me back.

The app has many non functioning features. There is no error message, you just "click" and nothing happen. The vacuum cleaner I've bought 3 months ago is broken and it never work properly since the beginning. Definitely not raccomended. update: they rebuild the app and you can't even select the direction of the fan.
