Please shorten the time from completion of the level to the next level. Allow to skip the animations. Thank you for not going crazy on the ads. :) and also, I think it would be better to have easy, medium, and hard categories to suit all ages instead of progressively hard levels. I'm on level 8 and may remove off phone because the levels are not challenging enough yet.

I have had this game for a long time and love it very much but recently decided to purchase the piggy bank for the 1,440 gems and it said it was 2.99$ and when I did. That it gave me 750!! Which is the amount u get from purchasing the item for 750 gems for 2.99$ which I did not choose and it's so difficult to get a hold of anyone from there I dunno what to do... But I do love the game once my problem is fixed I'll put , 5 stars

**update** now that the ad bug is fixed I'm a happy camper and I enjoy this game before bed I liked this game enough to buy the package to get rid of ads but the ads aren't completely gone. if I switch away from the app (say, check a text) and then come back to it, it will show me an ad before I can continue on with my level. this is pretty unacceptable so two stars.
