Key Features
Tele-consultation
Users can connect with licensed medical practitioners through secure audio and video consultations.
Video consultations are initiated only by licensed doctors, in line with applicable regulations.
E-prescriptions are issued only after a video consultation, where clinically appropriate.
The platform supports continuity of care but does not replace in-person medical visits or emergency services.
Health & Wellness Tracking
iLive Connect supports general health and wellness monitoring using compatible wearable devices.
Use of wearables is optional. If a device is not used, corresponding features remain unavailable.
Data from fitness or wellness devices is not used by doctors for medical diagnosis.
The platform may display vitals and trends strictly for informational and wellness purposes.
Overall Health Score (OHS)
iLive Connect provides an Overall Health Score, calculated once every 24 hours using available wellness parameters.
If some parameters are unavailable, weights are adjusted across available inputs.
The score and associated recommendations are informational in nature, intended to help users understand general wellness patterns.
The Overall Health Score is not a medical assessment or diagnostic indicator.
Medical Reports & File Management
Users can upload medical reports, prescriptions, and health-related documents voluntarily.
For BP and blood glucose readings, users may upload images; the system extracts values without interpretation or medical judgment.
Uploaded data is displayed as provided and remains under user control.
Third-Party Medical Devices
iLive Connect integrates data from third-party medical-grade devices (such as ECG patches) via secure API integrations with vendor platforms.
Device data is received from the respective vendor’s cloud and displayed without modification.
Device usage is optional and governed by the vendor’s certifications and privacy policies.
Value-Added Services (VAS)
Users may access third-party services such as:
Online pharmacy
Diagnostic lab bookings
Ambulance services
These services are provided by licensed third-party partners and are currently available within India.
Location details may be requested only when required to fulfill a selected service.
Users may choose whether or not to engage with any third-party service.
Guardian Access
Users may voluntarily add a guardian to their profile.
Privacy & Security
User privacy and data protection are core to iLive Connect’s design. The application follows transparent and responsible data-handling practices to ensure user trust and regulatory compliance.
iLive Connect seeks explicit user consent for any data that is manually uploaded by users, including documents and images.
Users have the right to delete their account and associated data at any time.
When users access third-party services, the relevant vendor privacy policies are disclosed for informed decision-making.
