Worst service ever . Don't install the app. They won't even refund you and will just fool you around for months. Worst service ever !!! They won't even accept their mistake and the service is pathetic. Customer service even more so. I highly recommend you not to use it at all. It's been 2 months and I haven't recieved my refund yet . I repeat worst service ever . If there was an option to give stars in negative I would have given that too.

The app has been functioning terribly over the past few days. This isn't the first time we've used the app but this time around there have been multiple error messages while trying to set up some tests and later when trying to make a payment and then multiple orders showing up when only one was placed. Quite stressful.

Used thyrocare many times four years back without an issue. When I was trying to book again recently, there were many negative reviews. I still went ahead and booked. No issues at all. Taking sample and sending soft copies, everything went on smoothly without a single problem. Affordable too.
