About this app

If your to-do list makes you anxious, it isn’t you; it’s the tool. Ilseon is a minimalist daily planner and task manager designed to solve the executive dysfunction and overwhelm of traditional productivity apps. Built specifically for ADHD and ASD, ilseon serves as a focus assistant that reduces noise. Stop the context-switching and manage your day with a neurodivergent-friendly tool that helps you do what matters right now.

Focus and Flow: The Ilseon Method

Ilseon helps you cut through context-switching fatigue and achieve a calmer rhythm. Capture tasks the moment they appear, assign each one a Context (like Work, Family, or Projects), and let the Daily Dashboard show only what deserves your attention right now.

Sub-tasks for Project Clarity

To combat analysis-paralysis on large projects, you can now break down any task into sequential sub-tasks. When the parent task is active, the dashboard shows only the steps required, enforcing single-step focus until the entire goal is achieved.

Zero-Friction Capture & Voice Inbox

Great ideas and complex to-do lists don't always happen when you're ready to type. For divergent thinkers and users who prefer a spoken workflow, Ilseon integrates a powerful capture system:
Quick Capture: Log tasks in seconds, keeping them out of your head and safely stored.
Idea Inbox: Designed specifically to capture non-task mental clutter—fleeting ideas, random thoughts, or things to look up later—so they don't derail your current focus.
Notes View: Convert any fleeting idea into a long-term, structured note using simple Markdown. This eliminates the need for separate note-taking apps and centralises all your knowledge within Ilseon.
Voice Inbox: Moves beyond basic speech-to-text. It creates a dedicated space for raw audio capture. Record notes or complex instructions with a single tap. The audio file are saved as a "Voice Memo" locally.
Privacy First: All recordings, ideas and tasks are saved locally on your device.

Stay on Your Front Line of Focus

Contexts keep your responsibilities neatly separated so they don’t compete for attention. When it’s time to focus, the Dashboard acts as your “front line,” filtering out everything except your immediate priority.

Analytics and Reflection

With built-in Analytics, Ilseon helps you look back at how your focus time actually went.
• Track the Contexts that drain or support your energy.
• Review Momentum Timelines showing your daily consistency and reward level achievements.
• Use Reflection Tags like "flow" or "distracted."
• A reflection dialogue will appear when completing a task to capture the results for a better understanding of your workflow.

Minimalist Design for Low Sensory Load

Gentle vibration patterns provide quiet, predictable reminders without breaking your concentration. The design stays intentionally minimal: a dark theme, clear typography, and plenty of space, to reduce visual load and help you maintain steady focus, one task at a time.

Built for Your Peace of Mind

• One-Time Purchase: Pay once, own it forever. No recurring fees or "hidden tax."
• 100% Ad-Free: Zero distractions. No pop-ups or banners to break your focus.
• Privacy First: Your tasks are yours. Data is stored locally on your device.

Connect & Contribute (Open Source)

Ilseon is built on an open-source philosophy. I encourage feedback and contributions from the neurodivergent and development communities.
