The Modified Early Obstetric Alert Score (MEWOS) is an alert scale which aims to identify early signs of clinical deterioration in pregnant women. It is based on a system of attributing points (scores) to vital parameters, that is, the further away from the normal parameters, the higher your score.
Knowing the results of the clinical deterioration identification protocol, based on MEWOS, is necessary to know the reality of the sector, identify weaknesses and propose improvements.
