This is not the application for old smart devices "SmartShaker" and SmartShaker 2". Please keep use the "SmartShaker+" application for "SmartShaker" and "SmartShaker 2".

Finally, an alarm that actually wakes me up! I have a sleep disorder & it's so hard to wake up. Most alarms don't work for me, but this wakes me up every time! The only 2 things I dislike are: the app does not have a dark mode & the bright white screen is hard to look at when I'm checking & setting my alarms at bedtime. It's bad for sleep hygiene. Also, app does not display over other apps when it goes off so I have to open the app to shut off the alarm. Removed 1 star for these 2 things.

Developers reached out quickly to resolve the issue! It is working like a charm! I am waking every time and my wife doesn't even know if it went off. It's the greatest! I can power down my phone and place it out side my bedroom! It literally checks all the boxes! "I need to be able to set the app for my timezone. I will update to 5 star when this is resolved. The alarm is one hour late as currently."

I works well as far as it goes, but it needs some improvement. It can't be forced to stop in settings (to conserve battery) when not in use. It also cannot seem to read existing alarms settings from the shaker device. Additionally it requires a lot of permissions from Android but doesn't interrogate the user for setting them directly - takes some guesswork to set it up for phone notifications. For now I'm using it only for adding alarms as needed and then uninstalling it.
