He is Sheikh Ibrahim bin Abdul Qadir bin Ahmed Al-Riyahi. His great-grandfather Ibrahim al-Mahmoudi al-Tarabulsi came from Tripoli to Tunisia and settled in the place known as Al-Arousa, which belongs to the work of Riah (the area of Majaz Al-Bab now), where he worked as a memorizer of the Qur’an for boys.
