A vast visual improvement from the older version with some caveats that needs to get used to the account change. This should've been an update instead of a whole new app to prevent the confusion. It should at least label the old version as outdated or legacy. Not sure if I could activate data roaming if I'm abroad.

As a new customer using the prepaid mobile plan, navigating through the app seems straightforward. However, it is quite disappointing because not everything works properly especially the data usage display, Customer support button, especially the WritetoUs, quite buggy app. Not optimized throughout. Had transaction failed multiple times.

didnt know i ran out of quota until i called the hotline,they said the app i used was an old one,after a few weeks,i ran out of quota but the new app said there's a few hundred GBs left,i called the hotline and they said theres a problem with the app,you should use the website online,then i made a complaint and they said only owners can make the complaints,long story short ownership was transferred to me via online when it was telbru but apparently it wasnt showing in their system,not my fault
