I use IMDb constantly. Every time I see an actor I like or who is familiar, I immediately open IMDb to take a look. I find a lot of other great movies and shows that I might not have heard of otherwise. It really helps expand my appreciation for other genres, actors, directors, and more. I like reading, but definitely don't make decisions off of critic or user reviews. Art like this is way too subjective. Being able to see what streaming apps I can go to for everything is extremely helpful!

It was the easiest go to for information on what an actor/actress had also been in or been a part of, now it is a glitchy, broken app that shows 0/0 credits for anyone you look up and no one seems to care about fixing it despite being this way for some time. Sad to think it was once so useful, now a blatant excuse to shove as much advertising down your throat as possible while not even fulfilling it's actual purpose.

My late husband got me hooked on IMDB long before there was an app. Of course the app doesn't have the content of the desktop version but until now it had everything I needed. Never used Google always used imdb. Now, there is no information. What is the point of using it anymore. i keep waiting for an update but I'm ready to uninstall if it's not fixed. I'd rather use the web version but since I have the app, when I click on a l9nk, it opens the app.So frustrating.
