Ratings and reviews

This app, when I downloaded it, was a 5/5. I could access my tickets and, the big one, I was able to listen to the Cougs on the app. I figured out if I put it in picture within picture mode, I could listen with my screen off. Then they updated the app and now I can't listen on the app. I can still listen on the webpage but that really stinks. I will update this to a 5 star when they allow me to be listen to the game in the app.

App doesn't let you log in with normal student info or work after creating an account and they spam your email inbox constantly to remind you to download. Never would have bought a sports pass if I knew they were switching away from the super easy ID card system.

After the switch I can no longer change my password, can't access Wazzu shirts, flags, blankets, hats, etc. Since I don't reside in WA State anymore, due to work, this was my one stop shop for everything Wazzu, as well as listening to games when I'm not able to watch on TV. Switch it back!!!
