Finish the report before you leave the property.

ImoInspect is built for estate agencies and property managers in Portugal. You walk the property, photograph what matters, the parties sign on your phone, and the PDF reaches everyone by email — while you are still standing in the hallway.

Three inspections, one app

• Check-in — the state of the property when a tenant moves in
• Check-out — compared against the check-in, for the deposit conversation
• Property handover — for a transfer between owners or agencies

Works where the signal doesn't

Empty apartments have thick walls and no wifi. ImoInspect keeps everything on the device: photos, notes, meter readings, signatures. Nothing waits for a connection. When a report cannot be sent yet, the app says so and sends it the moment you are back online — instead of leaving you to wonder.

The report carries your name, not ours

Your logo, your agency name, your AMI number. The tenant and the landlord receive a document from you. ImoInspect stays out of sight.

Built for Portugal

• Meter readings for electricity, water and gas
• NIF and AMI fields where they belong
• English and Portuguese, per report — the tenant reads it in his own language

What an inspection looks like

Photograph a defect and mark it on the photo. Record meter readings. Walk room by room, or skip the rooms entirely on a handover. Both parties sign on the screen. Finish, and the PDF goes out.

Your data stays in the EU
