This entire app will NOT work if you use your own router. I am using my own router, and the customer service technician confirmed that the entire app will not work if I use my own router. I could understand not being able to see the device, but I should be able to pay my bill and see internet usage at the very least. I can sign in but immediately prompted to onboard a router. If I try to cancel it, the prompt to onboard a router immediately pops back up, making the app completely useless.

have to uninstall and reinstall more than I'd like to in order to get the app to work right, otherwise, when it's working it's pretty good
